Emergency personnel reflect on high winds

TORRINGTON The 60-plus mph winds from March 17 caused few incidents, according to Torrington and Goshen County emergency response personnel.

According to Lieutenant Doug Weeks of the Torrington Police Department, the high winds did cause a few trees to blow down, but there were no major incidents or power outages.
