Military News: Local National Guard soldiers promoted

CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Army National Guard’s 133rd Engineer Company, based in Laramie, promoted 17 soldiers.

The soldiers are from the Wyoming communities of Keeline, Douglas, Veteran, Cheyenne, Laramie, Sundance, Sheridan and Cody.
