Fort Laramie rate increase passes on third reading

FORT LARAMIE - After roughly four minutes, the deed was done.

During a brief special meeting on Thursday evening, The Fort Laramie Town Council approved the third reading of an ordinance increasing electric rates by one cent per kilowatt hour (kwh).
