CHEYENNE (AP) – The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is looking to expand participation in a program where motorists report hazardous road and weather conditions.
The Enhanced Citizen-Assisted Reporting (ECAR) is similar to how the National Weather Service uses weather spotters.
