Rural Wyo. post offices stay open but fewer hours

CASPER (AP) – Starting next year, a number of rural post offices in Wyoming will begin operating on reduced hours in order to save money.

But that’s better than the alternative discussed in 2011, when 45 post offices in the state were slated to be closed.
