Addy resigns after three decades service

TORRINGTON – Connie Addy’s resignation on Dec. 1 will bring an end to over three decades of service and smiles to the people of Goshen County.

Health reasons are most often attributed to Addy’s resignation/retirement, but, according to Debra Rodgers, Addy’s sister, people are curious and should know about the battle Addy is fighting and how she appears to be winning.
