Lodging tax renewal will be on ballot

LINGLE – Lisa Johnson, executive director of the Goshen County Economic Development Corporation, spoke to the Lingle Town Council on Wednesday night about the importance of renewing the county lodging tax.

Voters have the option to renew the 4 percent excise tax upon the sales price paid for lodging services within the county every four years. It will appear on the ballot on Election Day.
