Arnold waives prelim hearing

TORRINGTON, A former Goshen County resident waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Goshen County Circuit Court Thursday morning on several felony charges, including murder, according to defense attorney Nate Hibben.
Theodore Arnold, 38, faces one count of first-degree murder, a count of using a firearm for committing a felony and one count of attempted felony larceny of firearms

Hans Hunt announces re-election bid for state representative
