TORRINGTON – No services are planned at this time for Sarah “Terry” Miller, 80, who died on Nov. 4, 2012 at her home in Yoder. Colyer Funeral Home assisted the family with cremation arrangements.
There is no memorial designated, and the family would also request that there be no floral donations.
She was born on Feb. 6, 1932 in Little Rock, Ark., the daughter of Louis and Emma (McGahan) Tucker. The family moved to Wyoming, where Terry received her education. She then worked as a waitress for many years. She married and later divorced. Terry has lived in Yoder for the past 18 years.
Terry loved to read and dance, and she liked doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Terry really enjoyed being with her family. She was a member of the Torrington Moose Lodge.
She is survived by her four daughters, Carol Roberts of the Yoder home; Sheila Muma of Brush, Colo.; Sandra Coleman of Branson, Mo.; and Stacy Ryan of Ringling, Okla.; her brother, Thomas Tucker of Arizona; three grandsons, Terry (Ann Freouf) Bell; Tommy Bell; and Robbie Shipp; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Evelyn Wise; a brother Ira “Corky” Tucker; and two granddaughters, Deborah Bound and Tonya Bell.
