Walls erected in streets project, increase traffic flow

Posted: Tuesday, Nov 6th, 2012

TORRINGTON – Everything’s coming up in walls for the Torrington Streets Project, as a fourth company joins three others in the project’s construction. The work is meant to increase traffic flow and minimize waiting time due to trains by realigning the highway.
