Greenwald attends Girls State

POWELL, Makenna Greenwald, Girls State Delegate from Lingle, attended the 74th session of American Legion Auxiliary Wyoming Girls State held on the campus of Northwest College, in Powell on June 11-18.
Greenwald was elected Antelope City Clerk, Senate Committee Chairman, Social Services. She also was awarded the Americanism Medal.

LINGLE, Lingle Fort-Laramie schools have released the second semester high-school and middle-school gold and silver honor rolls for the 2015-16 school year.

Cawiezel receives support award

TORRINGTON, Pete Cawiezel, a Morrill, Neb. and rural Sioux County native, recently received an award from Goshen County Education Association as Educational Support Person of the Year for his work within Goshen County School District No. 1.
