TORRINGTON – A small crowd was in attendance at 8:30 a.m. last Tuesday during the county commissioners meeting for donuts, coffee and juice for former County Planner Mel Eaton’s retirement reception.
At 9 a.m., the crowd began to trickle out the door to take care of other business, and the normal six or seven people remained for the regular commissioners meeting.
