TORRINGTON – A planned second major pipeline project going through Wyoming’s eastern edge won’t materialize in the next couple years.
Tulsa, Okla.-based natural gas distributor ONEOK Partners announced on Tuesday it has elected not to construct the Bakken Crude Express Pipeline, which would have been a 1,300-mile, crude-oil pipeline capable of transporting 200,000 barrels per day from North Dakota to Cushing, Okla.
